Kæmpe Polydron Kæmpe Gear

The gears click into place so satisfyingly that my kids keep building towers just to hear that sound. The squares and triangles are big enough for small hands to grip easily, and watching the gears spin together when we connect them is genuinely delightful.

My 3-year-old figured out how to push the gears into the squares within minutes, and now she’s obsessed with making the whole structure spin at once. The pieces are chunky enough for her little hands but sturdy enough to survive being knocked over repeatedly.

The gears snap into the squares and triangles with just enough resistance that my toddler can push them in herself, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s held up to daily floor-building sessions for two weeks now, and watching her figure out how one gear turns another is genuinely fascinating.
