Teaching Supplies & Child Care

Tuotetiedot

Tämä multimediapaketti havainnollistaa, miten käytetään Thelma Harmsin, Debby Cryerin ja Richard M. Cliffordin Family Child Care Environment Rating Scale®, Revised Edition (FCCERS-R™) -arviointiasteikkoa. Jokainen koulutuspaketti sisältää interaktiivisen DVD:n ja ohjaajan oppaan, jossa selitetään eri koulutustehtävien esittäminen ja annetaan vastauksia usein kysyttyihin kysymyksiin. DVD:n kanssa käytettävä 40-sivuinen Video Guide and Training Workbook -oheismateriaali myydään erikseen. Jokainen osallistuja tarvitsee henkilökohtaisen kopion Video Guide and Training Workbook -työkirjasta, jonka saa kopioida vain opetuskäyttöön luokkahuoneessa.

ERS® ja Environment Rating Scale® ovat Teachers College, Columbia Universityn rekisteröityjä tavaramerkkejä.

Daniel O. ★★★★★

I used this to train two new staff members and the real home footage made the scale's items click for them way faster than the book alone. Having each item walked through on video, with the rating decisions explained, cleared up the gray areas I'd been guessing at for months.

Timothy P. ★★★★★

The side-by-side footage of actual home visits made the scoring criteria click for me way faster than reading the scale on its own. I watched it once straight through, then went back with the booklet to check my ratings against the examples.

Hazel ★★★★☆

The DVD walks through each subscale with real home-based footage, which made the scoring examples click for me way faster than just reading the scale. Only gripe is the menu navigation feels a bit clunky when jumping between sections.
