My three-year-old grabbed the chalk and didn’t stop until she’d covered three pages—the stencil ideas are laid out so simply that I didn’t have to prep anything. It’s got 64 pages of texture and crayon prompts that feel more like play than a lesson, which is exactly what I wanted for us.
The 64 pages are packed with simple ideas using chalk, crayons, and stencils that my 4-year-old actually stays focused on. I just wish the paperback binding lay flatter so I could prop it up easier while we paint.
