The little sushi pieces and dumplings look convincing enough that my daughter serves them on her play plates like the real thing. I like that it's introducing her to foods we don't usually eat at home without any pressure.

My toddler immediately grabbed the little sushi rolls and started "serving" them to everyone in the room. The foods look realistic enough that my older kid joined in too, which I didn't expect.

My 2-year-old gravitates to the little sushi and taco pieces way more than her old plastic set, and the paint on the rice ball hasn't chipped despite daily play. Wish the box held a few more pieces since the kids fight over the dumplings, but the detail on each food is genuinely impressive.
