Watching the overview of social-emotional development made the whole screening process finally click for me, and the real-life examples are a lifesaver when training new staff. I'll be pulling this out for every team orientation from now on.
The DVD breaks down the ASQ:SE-2 screening process so clearly that I finally feel confident administering it with families. The overview of social-emotional development milestones is exactly what our new staff needed to get up to speed.
I've watched it twice already and the way it breaks down social-emotional milestones across age groups is so clear, it finally makes the screening process click for me. The overview segments are concise enough to sit through in one sitting, which is rare for training material.
