The curved handles make it really comfortable to grip, and the serrated edge tears through tape cleanly without snagging. Loaded all eight rolls in and it still sits solid on my desk — the wood feels much heavier and sturdier than the plastic ones I’ve used before.
I was a little worried the wood might feel cheap, but the overmolded plastic on the base makes it surprisingly hefty on my desk. The curved handle is comfortable for a full afternoon of wrapping gifts, and having eight rolls loaded at once means I'm not constantly swapping tape.
The serrated plastic edge tears the tape cleanly every time, no more hunting for a stray edge or struggling with scissors. The solid wood base feels heavy enough that it doesn’t slide around when I pull a strip, and having all eight rolls ready to grab is a small luxury I didn’t know I needed.
