The kids actually fight over whose turn it is to use it for their afternoon stretching breaks, which says a lot. Between my own yoga flow and their balance games, the surface still looks brand new after two months of daily abuse.

I love how the surface gives just enough grip for my downward dog without slipping. It’s been great for both my morning stretches and my kid’s balance exercises.

The mat’s thickness is perfect for holding balance poses without feeling like I’m sinking, and it’s held up well to daily stretching sessions. I’ve even used it for a quick mindfulness break during work, and the surface stays grippy even when my hands get a little sweaty.
