My two-year-old asks for "the activity book" every morning now. The open-ended ideas using ordinary materials like paper plates and kitchen stuff are perfect for his age, and the 246 pages means we won't run out of inspiration for a long time.
We've used at least a dozen of the 246 pages already for rainy-day mornings, and the open-ended activities genuinely keep my four-year-old busy with things we already own. The science and math tie-ins are woven in so casually that he just thinks we're playing, which is exactly what I wanted.
