Bought two of these to anchor shelving in my classroom and the slip-resistant rubber stopper at the base really does keep everything planted, even on tile. Setting the arms at different 45-inch angle increments let me fit the layout around the door instead of fighting it.
The eight 45-degree angle increments made it surprisingly easy to line up the shelves exactly how I wanted them. The rubber stopper on the bottom keeps the whole thing from sliding across the floor, which was my main worry.
