Andrew ★★★★★

Bought this for my kid's homework sessions and it's been a game changer — turning it counter-clockwise to set exactly 20 minutes means no arguing about how much time is left. The mechanical tick is quiet enough that it doesn't distract him, and it's nice not having another screen in the room.

The twist-to-set dial is oddly satisfying, and winding it counter-clockwise to 25 minutes has made my pomodoro breaks actually stick. No beeping menus to fiddle with, just a quick turn and it ticks away quietly on my desk.

Natalie ★★★★★

Bought this for my kids' homework sessions and the twist-to-set dial is genuinely simple — you hold the base, crank it clockwise, then back it off to whatever time you need. It's quiet too, no ticking driving me up the wall.
