The double-sided magnetic surface is what sold me — I can put the weekly schedule on one side and chores on the other without redoing magnets. Hanging it on the wall keeps it visible, and the blue side panels look nicer than I expected in the kitchen.
Folding it down to one panel at a time on my desk keeps the week from feeling overwhelming. The double-sided magnetic surface is handy too, I flip it around and use the back for shopping lists.
Hanging it open on the wall keeps the whole week visible at once, then I fold it down to just the blue 6" panel for the current day. The double-sided surface means I'm not constantly erasing and rewriting.
