Each booklet contains six observation sheets and one scoring summary sheet for recording notes and scores. Available in packs of 5 booklets, for a total of 30 observation sheets. English and Spanish version available.
The scoring summary sheet at the back of each booklet is exactly what I needed to keep totals organized after a week of observations. Having English and Spanish versions in the same set made it easy to share with my bilingual co-teacher.
Six observation sheets per booklet is exactly what I needed for my weekly classroom visits, and having the scoring summary right there keeps everything in one place. The Spanish version is a lifesaver for our dual-language sites too.
The scoring summary sheet at the back of each booklet is what sold me — it keeps all my notes and scores in one place instead of scattered sticky notes. With 30 observation sheets across the 5-pack, I've got enough for the whole assessment cycle.
