Bought these for my preschool room and the flexible plastic holds up great even with kids dragging chairs over them. They're light enough that my aides can move them between tables without any fuss.
These wipe clean in seconds after a messy art session, which is exactly what I needed. The flexible plastic makes them easy to move between tables, and my students actually use them without me reminding them.
Bought these for my classroom circle time and the flexible plastic bends just enough that my kids can carry their own mat without it cracking. Two in the set means no more arguing over who sits where.
